COURSE DESCRIPTION


Certificate Course in Food Production is a Certificate level Agriculture Science and Technology course. Food processing is the transformation of raw ingredients into food or of food into other forms. The program equips the student with the essential requirements and professional skills in culinary for commercial food production operations. The course provides many opportunities to candidates after its passing; they can also go for further higher studies.  The duration of the course is one year.

  • Passed 10+2 with five subjects including English as one of the subjects or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/University.
