COURSE DESCRIPTION


M.Tech. Civil Engineering or Master of Technology in Civil Engineering is a postgraduate Civil Engineering course. Civil Engineering program includes designing, supervision and construction activities of public works like roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, airports, dams, water works, sewage systems, ports etc. and offers a multitude of challenging career opportunities. It is awarded after two years specialization program in any one of the various streams of Civil Engineering. These two years are further divided into two semesters each. The course is an important and valuable which opens many job scopes for the candidates after the completion.


M.Tech. Civil Engineering Eligibility :-

  • The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing an M.Tech. (Civil Engineering) degree is qualifying B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent examination.
  • Some of the very reputed universities and institutes conduct entrance examination to get admission to their M.Tech. (Civil Engineering) degree course. Generally, the admission is through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Score Merit List.
