COURSE DESCRIPTION

B.A. Hons. French or Bachelor of Arts Honours in French is an undergraduate French language course. French is a Romance language spoken as a first language in France, French-speaking Switzerland, Wallonia and Brussels in Belgium, Monaco, the regions of Quebec and Acadia in Canada, and by various communities elsewhere. B.A. is three-year degree course and it may be provided on part time basis by certain institutes. The syllabus of this course is divided into six semesters. B.A. (Hons.) French course is valuable and important even in today’s time. Job opportunities are also bright in this field both in India and outside it.

B.A. Hons. French Eligibility

  • The candidates should complete their 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognised school board in Arts stream with French as one of the subjects.
  • The marks of admission for this course may vary from college to college.
