COURSE DESCRIPTION


B.B.A. Human Resource Management or Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management is an undergraduate Human Resource Management course. Human Resources Management combines the study of management techniques in a general B.B.A. program, with specialized and expertise training in Human Resources or Personnel Management. The full degree course consists of six semesters in which the first four semesters are common to all the B.B.A. programs and the last two concentrate and focus on the specialized subjects and topics related to the working of the Human Resources Department in an organization. The duration of the course is three years and it is career orienting in nature that provides many job scopes to the candidates.

  • The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.B.A. (Human Resources Management) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board of the country.
