COURSE DESCRIPTION

B.Sc. (Hons.) or Bachelor of Science (Honours) is an undergraduate Science Course. During the course it provides students with the opportunity to pursue an independent research project in an area of interest under the supervision of an academic staff member. Students will acquire skills which will enable them to work without close supervision in a research environment in industry or government or to proceed to a research higher degree. As course is advance so it is career providing in nature along with higher further studies. Honours degree is awarded based on the weighted percentage over the year of study.

Bachelor of Science (Honours) Eligibility

  • The candidate must have passed 10+2 or A Level or IB with science and/or computer science subjects, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for B.Sc. Pass course, and 55% marks in aggregate for B.Sc. (Hons.) programmes.
  • Admission is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
