COURSE DESCRIPTION


M.A. Bengali or Master of Arts in Bengali is a postgraduate Bengali Language course. The Master Degree course gives the knowledge on the life of famous poets or authors such as Rabindra Nath Tagore, Sharad Chandra Chottopadhay, Michel Madhusudhan Dutta, etc. and get the opportunity to go through famous novels like Gitanjali (written by Rabindra Nath Tagore) and sonnets (first introduced Michel Madhusudhan Dutta). After passing the course, they can have various options in literary fields and further study options. It opens many career opportunities after its successful passing.


M.A. Bengali Eligibility

  • Graduation in Bengali from any UGC recognized University.

M.A. Bengali Course Suitability

  • Candidates having interest in Bengali language and literature also are suitable for the course.
  • Students who want to become lecturer/professor in colleges/universities also are suitable for this Master Degree course.
  • They should also have good taste for language and possess interpersonal and communication skills as they are necessary for the course.

How is M.A. Bengali Course Beneficial?

  • Candidates have a lot of career options in many fields such as Interpreter/translator in government agencies and tourist guide in travel agencies in the state.
