M.Ch. Neurosurgery or Master of Chirurgiae in Neurosurgery is a postgraduate Surgery programme. Neurosurgeons perform surgical procedures to treat these issues, if necessary. To become a neurosurgeon, a doctor must complete a rigorous 7-year residency program after medical school. Course helps to examine, diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the nervous system. Neurosurgeons perform surgery on the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves to remove tumors, relieve chronic pain and treat wounds, vascular disorders and diseases such as Parkinson's and epilepsy. The duration of the course is five years and it provides many jobs in various fields.
