Communication Engineering or Master of Engineering in Communication Engineering is a postgraduate Communication Engineering course.  Communication Engineering is the branch of engineering dealing with the development and operation of communications technology, including telecommunications and computer programming. More apparently, Communication Engineering is concerned with the sending and receiving of signals especially by means of electrical or electro-acoustic devices and electromagnetic waves. M.E.
