M.Pharm. Pharmacology or Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacology is a postgraduate Pharmacy course. Pharmacology is the branch of medicine and biology concerned with the study of drug action. More clearly, it is the study of the interactions that occur between a living organism and chemicals that affect normal or abnormal biochemical function. If substances have medicinal properties, they are considered pharmaceuticals. The syllabus for the course is divided into four semesters. The duration of M.Pharm. (Pharmacology) is two years and the course is very valuable and important in nature that opens a lot career scopes after the completion of it. There are many medical colleges which are offering the course in their campuses throughout the country.

• Candidates, who have passed Bachelor of Pharmacy Program with not less than 50% of marks, of any recognized University or any other Institute equivalent thereto the University, are eligible for admission to the Master of Pharmacy Programs.
• The marks of admission for this course may vary from University to University.
