COURSE DESCRIPTION

M.Tech. Signal Processing or Master of Technology in Signal Processing is a postgraduate Electronics Engineering course. Signal processing is an area of systems engineering, electrical engineering and applied mathematics that deals with operations on or analysis of signals, in either discrete or continuous time. Signal processing is the enabling technology for the generation, transformation, and interpretation of information. The program provides an advanced level of education in signal processing techniques and their application to sensor systems, including imaging systems, sonar and radar. Students may choose to take courses that will develop advanced levels of understanding of related topics in mathematics, project management and system engineering.

M.Tech. Signal Processing Eligibility

  • B.E./B.Tech. with at least 50% marks or Equivalent CGPA
  • Some reputed colleges and institutes conduct entrance examination for admission.

M.Tech. Signal Processing Course Suitability

  • Students who wish to develop the specialist knowledge and skills relevant to this industry and are also suitable as advanced study in preparation for research work in an academic or industrial environment or in a specialist consultancy organisation are suitable for it.
  • They should be able to identify principles of signal processing and communications, elaborate these principles in scientific and technological terms.
  • They should also be able to consider current limits to and future priorities for, signal processing and communications.
  • The course will appeal to graduates who wish to pursue a career in a range of industries such as communications, radar, medical imaging and wherever signal processing is applied.

How is M.Tech. Signal Processing Course Beneficial?

  • This program gives the opportunity to study technical courses at an advanced level and the opportunity to engage in a research project.
  • It develops new features for our customers in the telecommunications, aerospace, audio, sensors, and other areas.
  • After passing the course they can work with quality engineering, usability experts, program management, and tech writers that support the DSP System Toolbox.
  • They have many job opportunities in teaching fields such as colleges and universities.
