COURSE DESCRIPTION


M.Tech. Machine Design or Master of Technology in Machine Design is a postgraduate Mechanical Engineering course. Machine Design is the process of engineering design which includes computer-aided design and manufacturing. Some of the subjects of study include electrical and electronics, fastening and joining, fluid power, manufacturing, engineered materials, mechanical engineering, and motion control. The duration of the course is two years and syllabus comprise four semesters. The syllabus for the course is divided into four semesters plus five electives. The course is an important and valuable and that provides different types of job opportunities after its completion. It is being offered by most of the colleges and universities throughout the country due to its job orienting nature.

  • Candidates must have passed B.E., B.Tech., AMIE, MIME in Mechanical Engg.
